Each payment takes place behind a digitally encrypted, secure server to ensure all of your personal information is protected. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to make a transaction, debit and credit card payments can be made securely through their site without an account.

These terms and conditions are governed by EU laws and do not affect your buyer's statutory rights. Cindy reserve the right to adjust the price/specification of any item and withdraw products or services on this website at our own discretion.

Shipping & Handling

All items on this website are ready made products (otherwise stated) and will be posted via Royal Mail Signed for and International Signed for. We aim to deliver to UK within 3-5 working (excluding bank holiday) days and worldwide within 5 10 working days. This may be longer at holiday times. Please contact us if you package has not been delivered after 21 days. You will need to sign for your parcel as proof of delivery.

Once your order has been completed you will be notified by email when it has been dispatched with a reference number.

United Kingdom: Delivery within the UK are from £3.99

Europe delivery: Flat rate: £8.95

Rest of the world: Flat rate £15
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Returns Information

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we understand there are occasions on which you may need to return your purchases.

Unwanted items

In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item then simply contact us and return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in new condition.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, are non-refundable, unless faulty as well as any sale, outlet and free/promotional products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it we will happily make a full refund or exchange, including all postage.

Returns Procedure

Please return your items to us at the address below, including a note of your order number or a copy of your invoice.

We are unable to refund P&P or returns postage however we will not charge to post your exchanged item to you. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
