About Energy Healing and Coping with Grief 347x230px Nov 21, 2019

About Coping with Grief

Losing someone you love is a thunderbolt to the heart. The loss leaves a giant vacuum in your life and throws you completely out of balance. Grief overwhelms you. Your mind and physical body are in danger of shutting down.  How can you cope? How can you begin to restore your strength, mental clarity and balance in mind and spirit?

I speak as a healing medium. Let me explain. Mediumship provides proof that spiritual life continues after physical death. This is achieved through years of training. Spiritual mediums use thoughts energy to connect with the spirit world. When a lifetime ends the person’s spirit ascends. The overwhelming significance is that while a loved one is no longer here they are always with you in spirit. Not only that but they sense your energy and that their love for you is endless.

To move on to the second part, the Healing. Spiritual healing conducts energy from spirit. You may have heard of the ˜laying on of hands” when a healer places their hands on the body; channeled healing energy emanates from the palms. Importantly healing can be both mental and physical. If you are crippled with grief healing can calm and centre you, easing your mind and relaxing the body.
When a loved one leaves this world, we wonder if we have done enough for them when they were here.
There is always time to show your love. All my life, my great gran was always devoted to me with unconditional love. How is it that the pain is still so strong despite the passage of time? In spite of the pain, the privileged bond that united us remains unchanged. I regret that my children, before falling asleep, can not hear her soothing bedtime story. I regret that my children do not know the simple moments she had taught me to enjoy, to help our neighbours, to colour rainbows with scented pencils and to laugh at the miracles of family life. But I know that she is always with us, every moment, showering us with her love.

Keep the Candle Burning

I remember a recent client who had lost her father. As I sat by her she had a question to ask:
“I loved my dad so much; how can I honour him when he is no more? “

There are a number of ways to help our loved ones
:

Dedicate your good deeds mindfully to your loved one: Whenever you perform a good dead, do it in their name.
Pray: Bring them to mind as you pray.
.
Choose a good cause and dedicate yourself to it wholeheartedly: It can be a good thing your loved liked to do and do it now. There are hundreds of other good things you can do, such as assisting children with disabilities.
Light a commemorative candle: You can light the candle several times a year, in addition to the anniversary of their passing.

Energy Healing

In my emotional healing sessions, together we will help you recover your mental and spiritual balance. Some people worry that if they release the grief, they will also lose the love, good feelings and memories they have for the person. Through my experience, I found that when we explore the grief we experience a positive shift that allows us to see the light and begin to live again.

About Lavender virtues by Cindy Theodore Nov 5, 2019

About Lavender virtues

The lavender flower represents humility, she (the flower) contains a lot of volatile salts, flushes toxins, allows us to relax in these periods of uncertainty and has many other beneficial effects for the physical.

But Lavender has peculiarities secrets that can be very useful:

When our metabolism is no longer aligned with our soul, the moment when the disease sets in; which manifests itself when the soul tells us that the body no longer receives its information correctly, then the cells being misinformed will generate a global disruption.

What role will Lavender play?

Lavender will revitalise our metabolism in an orderly way and allow it to be brought back to its higher dimension, the unspoken ones which cause energetic blockages.

Emotions will be able to diminish and give way to a better overall harmony, which will help us refocus, return to our global.

She will help to control and soothe the astral body, recirculate a body area numbed by an emotional overflow.

How to use it:

  • Breathe this plant and its very volatile perfume, will direct us towards more lightness, more sweetness, of nobility and thus facilitating our vibratory change.
  • Burning lavender helps soothe the place and bring peace and serenity inside the place.
  • For premonitory dreams, simply rub, massage on the temples and forehead fresh flowers of lavender before going to bed.
  • I like to use Lavender in our handmade crystal eye pillows; that I then charge with healing energy.

Of course it is better to get fresh lavender, to pick a bouquet, to breathe in consciousness, ie by inspiring you feel the perfume clean all your Being! which will have more effect to purify you! Do this for several days in principle over 21 days (symbolic number).

……… And when your bouquet has dried, put it in a pretty bag that you leave in the middle of your clothes.

…….. And for the pleasure of the eyes and for its smell you can make bouquets of lavender decoration.

Before cutting it from its root, thank her for the benefits she will give you, tell her that you like her, which will help the Nature Intelligences remaining in the ground, to facilitate the healing of the plant.

About being my own Guru

We live in a society of experts, where we have learned to delegate certain parts of our life or our business to more competent or qualified people. Although I find it very positive that everyone is gaining strength in their area of expertise, this has also been accompanied by a tendency to deprive us of our intelligence and our natural power.

We leave our bodies and our food to doctors and food industries; and following this dispossession of our abilities and our natural intelligence, we find ourselves tossed month after month, to follow such new sensational diet, to gorge on a miracle food and magical virtues or to follow the dogmas of such food stream like a new religion.

Yet in this great whirlwind of experts, we forget the essential. And for me the essential is very simple: I am the one and only person to live in my body, to feel my emotions, to suffer my lack of energy or to take advantage of my exceptional health, to experience my life. I am endowed with intuition, intelligence and a powerful self-healing ability. I am both the sailboat that sails in the seas, sometimes complicated life, and at the same time I am the one who puts her hands on the rudder and decides the direction to take. As William Henley would say in the beautiful poem Invictus “I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul”

You have to restore confidence in your voice, your intuition and your experiences. By this simple process, you put yourself back in the heart of your life and your decisions, you become more active and committed to what you think is important. And with regard to your body and your health, it will help you little by little to resume a natural and constant conversation with yourself. If the key to loving, friendly or professional relationships is communication, this truth is all the more relentless in regard to the most important of all relationships: that which we have with ourselves.

SOME PRACTICES TO SPEAK YOUR INTUITION AND YOUR INNER INTELLIGENCE

Sit down and listen to your breathing

We often complain about being overwhelmed, not having a moment for ourselves, being overworked, stressed or worn out. And yet, as soon as we have a single moment of total silence, a few seconds are enough to push us to our phone, contact someone, watch a new video, go somewhere. In short: we avoid this moment of silence where we are facing ourselves.

We ask so much of our lives, our bodies, our minds: but when do we give them a real moment of rest and healing? A moment when we stop “adding” external components (music, conversations, messages, sport, stress, plans on the comet) to our interior and we do the opposite: live in our interior, as it is, without needing to be repaired or improved, approved or appreciated by others, just spend a moment with ourselves, as we are. Living things that inspire and expire. Point bar.

Do some creative thing

And to do something creative, I don’t need to be a talented artist! Just someone with an idea and the urge to put it into practice. Sing, dance, draw, cook: create something that comes out of your guts and your desires, just for you and just for you. Take out these emotions and express them! Do not dwell on the result (“if I paint a painting, it must look like something” “if I dance for 20 minutes, I still have to look a little graceful”) but linger about the process and the present moment.  Do not care about the result! The interests is the emotion felt during the journey.

Listen to your body

Intuition can be as simple as a tight belly or a lighter heart feeling of 10 tons. But we must take the time to perceive this sensation. If you are unsure about a financial purchase, a decision to make, a thing to say: think about this thing and feel your body. What is going on ? Do your hands sweat, your stomach tense, or your neck relax? What’s going on in your body is intimately connected to your mind and can be an infallible guide in life.

Get some fresh air

To make a clean sweep of the expectations of the day, the confinement of our societies or our lives, nothing better than going to rub what is most natural. Go out to the mountains, to the beach, to the nearest park, sit by a river or watch the rain fall. Let yourself be impregnated by these sounds, movements, colors that were created by the same matrix that created us.

Spend time in nature and pay attention to all the beneficial sounds that surround you: the cry of birds, the buzzing bees, the waves breaking on the sand, a summer breeze that raises foliage.

About Reiki for sport

To recover from sports injuries

Reiki for sport

Whether you are a top athlete or a regular sporty  you are not immune to sports injuries! They come in training and competition, or it’s those old stubborn wounds who come back without warning and who are always so painful.

Last week one of my regular client came to see me with a lower back pain. The heat generated during our reiki session allowed the muscles to release the toxins and promotes the circulation of oxygen that help the tissues to heal. I cleared the blockages, then working my way up through all seven chakras, I sent in balanced Reiki energy.

Reiki restores the balance

Reiki restores the balance of your body’s energy system that helps to self-heal physically much more quickly.

These lesions can cause mental and emotional distress, especially for very active people who are not used to being sidelined.

Stress also further reduces your body’s ability to heal itself.

Reiki can help you get back on your feet, not only by helping you relieve pain and discomfort, but also by relieving the mental and emotional in reducing the stress and pain caused by sports injuries.

Reiki balances and revitalises your energy system, it helps the body heal faster and brings you back into the game faster.

Reiki can also help you manage pre-game and pre-race nervousness.

While Reiki stimulates you, it also promotes deep relaxation that allows your muscles to relax tension.

Reiki can help you become better by lightening your mind and body.

After a few sessions, you will feel again in full possession of your means!

About the 7 chakras

This week, in this post I wanted to talk about the basic understanding of what is a chakra. In the video below  Hans Wilhelm  explains how do these 7 energy centers keep our body healthy?

What is a chakra?

The word chakra means wheel in Sanskrit. It acts like a spinning vortex, that carries energy throughout the body. The chakras system is a network of nerves and glands that produce, regulate and distribute hormones throughout the body. Each chakra is connected to specific organs in our body, and serve as portals that link our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.
As such, they respond to vibrational frequencies emitted by our thoughts, emotions, movements, the food we eat, the air we breathe and what surrounds us like sounds, scents, light, stones, colours, etc. By resonance it is possible to influence their frequency and correct their imbalances.

Chakras are fundamental to an understanding of holistic healing. There are seven main chakras (plus a number of small ones) that interact with the body’s ductless endocrine glands and lymphatic system by feeding in good energy and disposing of wanted energy. It is vital for our general health and the prevention of illness or disease that we nourish our chakras in the correct way.

The first three, or lower, chakras—the root, pelvic, and navel chakras are relating to our sense of stability, strength, and confidence. They are essentially the seat of our primal need to feel rooted, our creativity and sensuality, and our will power. When a chakra is overactive—imbalanced, people know it immediately. The following symptoms, either physical or emotional, are indication of a situation that needs to be addressed to get the energy flowing again:

Path to healing the chakras

Balance is key in Chakra Healing. When chakras are not balanced, you know it immediately! You don’t feel well!
Balancing your chakras requires harmonising physical, emotional, mental and spiritual planes! In order to do so, imagine the following as a spiral that starts the healing process of feeling happy, well and alive.

  1. Be active, oxygen not only feeds the body, it also feeds brain cells. Accomplishing this give you pride, which leads you to..
  2. Be more confident. This allows you to establish satisfying relationship and display enthusiasm that will enable you to …
  3. Express your various strengths and feel your personal power. Gaining self-esteem opens the doors to…
  4. Loving others and feeling the warmth of compassion. This enables giving and brings…
  5. To inquire rather than making assumption. You are able to speak your truth with clarity, sensitivity, and certainty.
  6. This certainty will let you surrender enough to be able to perceive the purpose of life and go beyond matter to intuitively see the big picture.
  7. Once you see everything globally, it brings forth a sense of communion with the rest of the universe, and a connection with the divine

In an other post we will look at the higher chakras (8 to 12) —they are less known than the seven bodily chakras.

Blessings, Cindy X

About Reiki: How does it work?

How does Reiki work? It’s a complicated question to answer. Most people think of the hands of the practitioner. But it goes well beyond that. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.”

One’s life energy is often blocked because of stress, emotions that have not been expressed or managed, emotional or physical shocks, a mind that cogitate constantly …

Reiki allows you to refocus, relax, recharge and reconnect with yourself.

When Reiki is received regularly, it is a real personal development tool because it works on all levels: physical, emotional, psychic, energy, and spiritual.

Physics: One of the fundamental properties of Reiki is to restore the natural balance of the body, in this case the physical body and thus stimulate its ability to self-healing, relax physical tension.

Emotional: By soothing the nervous system, it balances the emotions. Reiki allows us to take the necessary distance to identify our negative emotions, our blockages, in order to free ourselves from it more easily, it also helps to heal our trauma, and stimulates self-confidence.

Psychic: Reiki allows to calm the effervescence of a mind that “gallops”, “turns in a loop”, “cogitate constantly”; thoughts are clarified, we are more inclined to reach our goals.

Energy: By stimulating the circulation of vital energy, Reiki allows us to rebalance our chakras and refocus ourselves; to be more consistent with ourselves.

Spiritual: The Reiki energy develops our consciousness, favouring a connection to our deep being, our divine essence, it stimulates the inner thoughts, that of the inner voice, to better find one’s way …

Blessings,
Cindy

About being grounded

“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all.”
― Oscar Wilde

Grounding is part of my daily life, it contributes greatly to my well-being and that is why I want to tell you a little about it …

In this article, I wanted to talk about energy grounding and the importance of being well grounded, every day. I also tell you how to recognise the moments in which you may lack grounding and finally I share with you some methods of grounding.

What is grounding?

Grounding is to be connected to Earth, it is “to have your feet on Earth”, it is to be good with your body, it is to be well in your earthly incarnation. Grounding allows us to return to the present moment, to be less in the mind, therefore being able face internal and external “storms” more easily.

Energy grounding is linked to the root chakra, the energy centre located in the perineum, at the base of the spine in relation to patience, organisation, stability, material security, the ability to realise your dreams, projects.

Why is it so important to be well rooted?

  • Not to be off with the fairies..

As Pierre Teilhard De Chardin quoted: “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience”.

We have chosen to play on this Earth plane, so it is very important to take root, to anchor ourselves to be able to live these experiences as it should be. Indeed , I really insist on this because I meet, on my way, people very open to different things, who live most of the time in a celestial world forgetting why they were incarnated.

The more grounded we are, the more we will be able to live incredible experiences because we will always know how to “come back” when we need to and fully live our connection to Earth and all that it offers. Always think about this balance … be aware, live a variety of experiences but do not forget that our incarnation is important and that it is important to live it in conscience.

  • Feel alive, in harmony with what surrounds us and in its place …

Energy grounding makes you feel good in your body, well in your skin. It regulates, very often, health problems in the lower body (varicose veins, heavy legs, poor blood circulation, joint problem, weakness in the legs …) It allows to be in harmony with everything related to the matter in general. It allows us to feel secure, confident and gives us the strength and stability needed to complete our projects. It also helps to be less in the mind because it favours our place in the present moment, and the present moment is neither in an anxious past or future.

  • Feel stronger in the face of internal or external disturbances …

A powerful tree, high and very rooted, will face multiple storms, for very long years even centuries, remaining in its place. Just like the tree, the stronger and deeper your energy roots are, the less destabilised you will be when external events shake up your interior. You will be able to welcome your emotions more serenely because you will merge less with the emotion by thinking that you are the emotion. You will have distance yourself from it and will only be in the reception of what is happening in you at that moment. You will realise more quickly that the emotion is only a part of you that you welcome at that moment.

Signs of ungrounding?

  • A wandering spirit
  • Repetitive omissions
  • Feel “beside your pumps”
  • Health concerns in the lower body
  • A hyperactive mind
  • Rejection of material things
  • Want to be somewhere else
  • To be often in the past or the future and very little in the present
  • Difficulty recording things to carry out projects

Some grounding practices

  • Creation of energy roots

This is the best known and most used method for grounding.

Sit or stand with your feet flat, your back straight, your eyes closed.

Breathe (2 to 3 deep breaths). Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, gently.

Pay attention to your ankles and the soles of your feet and visualise the roots that start coming out of your ankles, from the soles of your feet to come digging the soil very deeply. These roots are becoming larger and larger and they are sinking deeper and deeper into the Earth.

Help your exhalation to give them an impetus so that they sink even faster into the ground and deeper to reach the centre of the Earth.

Visualise these roots connect to the energy of the centre of Earth, a beautiful red ball in motion. Then, with the help of your inhalations this time, visualise the energy of Earth, red, going up in all your roots, very quickly, and in its way, it reinforces everything.

Raise this energy up to the soles of your feet and let it cross your feet, your ankles, your calves, your shins, your knees, your thighs to the root chakra.

Finally, visualise the red colour, a very bright red like a ruby in the sun, amplify all around your root chakra, cross all the muscles, bones, cells of the lower part of your body and breathe a few moments as well. Open your eyes.

  •  The crystal tree

Sit or stand with your feet flat, your back straight, your eyes closed.
Breathe (2 to 3 deep breaths). Inhale through the nose and exhale gently through the mouth.
Imagine yourself in the middle of a beautiful forest. Nature is lush. A crystal tree, very large and very high, stands right in front of you. Its crystalline trunk half-open a door that invites you to enter inside.
Stand inside and feel all the energy of the crystal. Then you feel that crystal roots start to grow from the soles of your feet, intermingling with the tree’s crystal roots that are already very powerful and very deep. You feel like stuck very strongly on the ground.
Breathe deeply again by paying attention to these crystal roots and open your eyes.

  •  Get grounded with stones

Some stones will promote rooting. These are often stones made of iron. These stones are to be worn on you, in a pocket, for example: Hematite, magnetite, pyrite, bojis, black tourmaline but they are not the only ones to help in anchoring, there are many ‘other.

  •  The red beam

For people who have trouble creating energy roots for x reasons, you can use the red light beam.

Sit or stand with your feet flat, your back straight, your eyes closed.
Breathe (2 to 3 deep breaths). Inhale through the nose and exhale gently through the mouth.
Visualise a beam of red light that starts at the bottom of your spine and goes to the centre of the earth. You create an energy link, like a rope, between you and the centre of the Earth that feeds you with energy throughout the day.
Breathe deeply again by paying attention to this red beam of light and then open your eyes.

You can also…

▪ Walk among pine trees, oak trees or rocks, in nature And soak up their energy, their strength …. Grow your roots …
▪ Walking barefoot in the grass and daisies or sand … naps on the ground and observe ants or shells …
▪ Grow carrots and turnips, remove weeds between carrots … make soups and salads …
▪ Soak up the energy Earth, humus, smell that earthy smell …
▪ Take baths with sea salt, not cooking salt …
▪ Have a feet massage, I can not, it tickles too much …
▪ The practice of a sport
▪ Move, dance, jump … love life! Say yes to life

Lately I have been using this 5mins meditation before bed and any time during the day that I feel scattered.

In conclusion, you will understand, a daily practice of grounding will bring you a lot of well-being and will help you to live your terrestrial experience more serenely! It will only take a few minutes a day (less than 10 minutes). I invite you to make it one of your priorities to make you feel better every day. Good grounding!
Blessings, Cindy.

About Anita Moorjani’s NDE

Although I was raised in a very Catholic Caribbean culture , growing up I continuously challenged my mother about the wrongful power the Church had over people. It has been rubbed into us in every considerable way that to die is a terrible thing. Like many, I was made to believe that self love meant selfishness and that death is the end of everything, the scariest thing I’ll ever experience while I am here, in human form. Thanks to a life between life regression (LBL) experience I can tell you that in fact it’s so magnificent on the other side. The joy and feeling of unconditional love felt on the other side, made me understand that from here it’s just a graduation, a continuation in your soul evolution. It is not a loss of anything.

The video below of Anita Moorjani explaining her Near Death Experience (NDE) is worth watching if you still wonder about the after life. Her truly inspirational book “Dying to be Me” relates how, after fighting cancer for almost four years, as her organs failed, she entered into an extraordinary near death experience (NDE). Anita freely shares all she has learned about illness, healing, fear, “being in love”, and true magnificence of each and every human being.

I also truly recommend her book. If after reading it you still wonder, why not having a past life regression!

With much love, Cindy X

About Reiki and Postnatal Depression

Benefits of Reiki for Moms with Postpartum Depression
Nearly every new mom feels slightly depressed or overwhelmed at some point during the first few days that follow delivery. However, some women experience a more severe form of depression, known as “postpartum depression.” Postpartum depression is a significant problem worldwide, affecting 10 to 15 percent of women around the globe. Women dealing with this condition may try to alleviate their symptoms by taking medication, getting plenty of rest and attending counseling sessions. However, research has also shown that Reiki may be beneficial to women with postpartum depression.

How Reiki Can Help
Reiki offers several benefits for moms suffering from postpartum depression. Some of the potential benefits of this therapy include:

Lower perceptions of stress.
People who participate in Reiki sessions often report feeling less stress. Because stress is one of the most significant factors contributing to postpartum depression in new moms, relieving stress may help to improve the symptoms of depression.

Connection with another person.
Mothers suffering from postpartum depression often feel alone, withdrawn and disconnected from the people around them. The one-on-one attention received during a Reiki session may help the mother to feel more grounded and connected to the world around her.

More autonomy.
New mothers sometimes feel as though they have lost control of their lives. Scheduling and participating in Reiki sessions lets the mother feel more proactive and autonomous, which may alleviate some of the symptoms of her condition.

A chance to relax.
Reiki sessions give new mothers a chance to relax and recharge. This can be especially beneficial to mothers who have depression accompanied by feelings of anxiety.

A better sense of balance.
Many clients who participate in regular Reiki sessions report feeling more mentally and physically balanced. This change may help mothers with postpartum depression to overcome their negative mental state.
Research studies support the efficacy of Reiki sessions for depression in general. It is likely that these benefits will translate to postpartum depression as well. Below is some information about some of the research studies that have been conducted on the effectiveness of Reiki for people with depression.

Effects of Reiki on Depression, Anxiety and Pain
In a study conducted by researchers at the University of Southern Maine, researchers evaluated the effect of Reiki treatments on measures of pain, depression and anxiety. Individuals participating in the study were divided into two groups: a control group and an experimental group that received Reiki treatments. Measures of depression, anxiety and pain improved significantly among members of the experimental treatment group.

Efficacy of Reiki at Benefiting Mood and Well Being
In this study conducted by the University of London, patients underwent two to eight weeks of 30-minute Reiki sessions. At the end of the study, researchers found that participants who were experiencing high levels of anxiety and depression experienced an overall improvement in mood.

About teaching Reiki to children

Children are the hands by which we take hold of heaven
-Henry Ward Beecher

I find teaching Reiki to parents and kids being the most rewarding things to do. Taking a Reiki course to use for self-care and to enhance your family’s care can add a greater dimension of happiness and peace to your home.

We are at a time on our planet when it is crucial to support the children and honour their new way of being. Reiki is a perfect way to begin helping our children. It is one of the very beneficial ways that children can be shown how to use their innate abilities as divine co-creators.

Children Want to Learn
The children are telling us it is time to teach them. In their own way they are telling us they would like to be connected to their true spiritual nature in a way that they can easily integrate into every aspect of their lives. Reiki is the perfect vehicle.

Why teaching Reiki to children?

Children love Reiki. It can teach them many qualities such as compassion, patience, kindness, understanding, and unconditional love. It will teach them how to sooth their emotions naturally, relax and realise their personal power. Reiki guides children to their highest potential. Children are less inhibited and more accepting than most adults and they have a natural ability to let go and surrender to Reiki energy. Reiki is a tool they can use at any moment, any time, anywhere for on-the-spot stress release, pain relief and as a quick energy boost. In the process of learning Reiki, they learn about their bodies, their inner spirit, their personal power and their connection to the universal life force, which is universal love. Initiating Reiki to a child is to make him aware of his inner power, and it is a wonderful gift that we offer him for his whole life. He will be happy to receive it, as to share it with his friends, his pet or for a special moment with his parents.

In her book on Essential Reiki, Dianne Stein talks about an ancient time on Earth, during the Lemurian civilization, when all educators were Reiki Masters and children learned Reiki as part of the regular curriculum. We need a world where school children treat each other compassionately and are not afraid to treat each other with love and respect. I like to believe that we are heading back to a time on Earth when healing will be a natural, normal occurrence in the everyday life of a child. Children will able to release traumas and hurts before they build up in the auric field and attract more pain.

The benefits of Reiki for your child:

  • Improves concentration and learning skills
  • Release the tensions
  • Stabilises emotional states (anger, anxiety, sadness, frustration)
  • Moderate hyperactivity
  • Relieves the sores of everyday life
  • Increases the level of confidence
  • Allows children to accept themselves as they are
  • Triggers self-esteem
  • Allows better coping strategies
  • Strengthens the immune system
  • Accompanies medical treatments, after a surgical operation

I had a number of requests by Reiki practicing parents to find a class that can teach Reiki to kids in a way that they can understand.

I discovered a program call Reiki Kids, written by Barbara McKell, a practicing Reiki Master of 25 years. “Reiki kids is a program to support our children on their spiritual journey.

As in the adult class the kids will learn some history of Reiki, about their aura or energy field. They will get in touch with subtle energy and learn simple methods for using Reiki.

Our Reiki kids is designed to be fun and interesting for children who have an awareness of their energetic being. Children have a natural awareness of healing energy and they can often see it. They are very close to the flow of life. It is easy for them to learn Reiki.

Questions for the parents –
Do you practice Reiki? how much do you know about Reiki? For these special students I would ask that a parent/guardian be trained at least in Reiki 1, actively working with it. It is also possible for parents who would be interested in this process to be trained in Reiki level 1. It is important that the approach comes from the child and not from the projection of his parents wish. These children are often familiar with this energy because one or both parents, or someone close to them, already practice this therapy. They decide to do the course to be able to give themselves. It is for the child, essentially a personal step, it is not intended to make him a therapist.

Now I must say, it would be my honour to teach your children Reiki.

I am very happy to speak with any parent prior to this class privately to discuss if their child is ready for Reiki. Not everyone is going to want to do Reiki, this class is for the special child that has shown you as their parent they need something just a bit different than others or maybe even have told you they understand energy.
